JAlbum chromebook9/26/2023 What used to take me hours, now takes just a few minutes. Add the new photos, caption them, click the Build And Upload button and it's done. jAlbum makes creation and updates so easy, I'm updating my albums almost nightly. The old software I was using made updates very time consuming and required a full upload of all the content with each update, not to mention the time to rebuild the entire album every time. Kommentare: I maintain a photo blog of my work and personal projects to share with potential clients and family/friends. Overall, that ended my relationship with jalbum and left a horrible taste in my mouth from a once great app. I expressed me dismay at the new app, and one of the customer service reps verbally accosted me through repeated emails demanding that the status of his site was good. Customer service was harsh and rude to me. Customer service cons: this is obviously not the most integral part of the app, but if you ever want to get money back or hash out complaints, it will be an uphill battle. The technological advances possible have not been made here. The photo quality has dropped, the capacity is low, the app and interface have not improved, the site/app is slow and outdated. 4 years have passed though, and my renewal left me feeling cheape-d out on. I used to enjoy the format and the ease of uploading photos that were viewable and shareable by teammates. I ignored it and again, but hopefully this will get you to stop requesting reviews.) (I’ve been prompted about six times to write this review. 4 years later and nothing has been updated besides maybe a font size and a few features. Sometimes, rather than tweak an old, dated interface it’s better to make sweeping and elegant changes. There weren’t any features that were modern, innovative or ground breaking. There weren’t any features not provided by free internet apps, such as superimpose (great app). It was slow, pixelated, hard to navigate, and very dated looking. After an attempt to navigate the site, I realize that was not a good thing. Upon logging in, I was hit with nostalgia: none of the site had changed. I came back in 2022 out of curiosity and a desire to edit and organize many of my photos. I’d had tens of albums of old photos, all formatted and edited and whatnot using their resources. When I left my school, I stopped using the site. I used it for school and for work for four years.
